Land and wildlife management, start to finish
Trigger Outdoors surveys your ground before anything is cut, designs the work around what the property and the wildlife are actually doing, and stays on it through planting and maintenance.

Trigger Outdoors is a land and wildlife management company working across North Eastern North Carolina and Hampton Roads, Virginia. We take on the work most landowners put off for years: the overgrown fence line, the trail that dead-ends, the plot that never gets enough sun. Every job begins with a consultation and a mapped aerial design of your property, followed by a thermal drone survey that reads cover density, wet ground, and wildlife movement from above — so nothing gets cleared before we know why it should be.
From there the work is hands-on. Trails are cut through timber and thicket with a skidsteer mulcher, food plot sites are opened to the sun and prepped for seed, trail cameras go up, and bedding areas are built to hold deer on your ground. Maintenance keeps it that way through the season. This site lays all of it out: six service packages with pricing, footage and imagery from real properties, what our customers say, and a consultation request that puts a written plan and a clear quote in your hands.
Who it's for
Family farms, ranches, hunting properties, and homeowners with acreage — anyone who wants their land more usable and more productive than it is today. A five-acre home site with one access problem is as welcome as several hundred acres that needs a full plan. If you want to know what your property can actually do, we start with a walk-through and a survey.
Who builds it
Trigger Outdoors LLC is an operator-run business with over 20 years of land and wildlife experience behind it. The person who plans your property is the person running the machine, and you talk to that same person from the first call to the last pass — no dispatch desk and no sales layer in between.
